Ferruccio Milanesi proudly using traditional “Goodyear Welted” construction synonymous with quality handmade shoes. This unique technique, invented by Charles Goodyear Jr, has been mastered for over 100 years.
Welted construction gets its strength, durability and repair qualities by stitching the upper leather, insole leather and welt. This construction allows to cut through, enabling complete removal of the sole without causing damaging the upper.
The Goodyear Welted construction is time-consuming and relatively expensive and requires highly skilled craftsmanship. This type of shoe is the best globally, created 100 years ago and still considering luxurious shoes. The blake shoe construction is considering medium quality shoes, and Glue-based shoes are low-quality shoes.

The products on the website are samples. After we receive your order, our men's body shape expert and master tailor will contact and consult you to design and create your pattern for exactly your needs. The manufacturing period variation depends on the products, from one month for accessories including shirts, and nine months for Suits and Jackets.

JACKET
Waist
Lay the jacket flat with buttons fastened. Measure the width of the garment exactly 20cm/7.8 in. below the lowest point of the arm seams.
Back Length
The length at the center back from the base of the collar to the hem.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
PANTS
Waist
Lay the pants flat with buttons fastened. Measure the width of the garment at waistband height from one end to the other.
Hips
Lay the pants flat with buttons fastened. Measure the width of the garment immediately below pockets from one end to the other.
Bottom Width
Lay the pant leg flat. Measure the width of the hem. Flatten pleated or creased pants along their natural crease.
Length
The length from the bottom of the waistband to the pant hem measured along the outside seam. All our pants have unfinished bottoms to ensure they can be altered to the perfect length for you.
